Windows XP Troubleshooting iTunes: Apple Mobile Device Helper Crashes on Windows XP

i-Tunes

Every time I run i-Tunes I get this message:

"Apple Mobil Device Helper has encountered a problem and needs to close", Then it goes on to read Debug..........Send Error Report..........Don't send. Everything I have tried fails and it keeps coming back. Can anyone help?

I,m running Windows XP.
