Windows 10 Troubleshooting Mysterious Log Files in Windows 10 Pro

Hi,

I've noticed new log files appearing multiple times per day in documents, they started appearing 19/02/2021.
I have not idea what is causing these files, can someone shed some light on this please?

I'm using Windows 10 Pro, Version 2004

No clue. Download procmon Process Monitor - Windows Sysinternals and setup a filter for Path contains ac-system-logfile- and let it run. The next time something tries to access or create a file you should see which process it is.

Hi, Sorry for the late reply and thank you for your help. I've just done as you suggested and the culprit is Draftsight 2021, I'll email Draftsight support.

I've reported the issue but they haven't responded. I've just reported the issue again, fingers crossed I'll get a response this time & if I do I'll updated this thread.

I've had a response from Draftsight acknowledging my email and stating that they will notify me once the issue is resolved.
