Solution
Hi,
unfortunately i'm still having issues although I can see that some dumps are graphics related. Please remove your current graphics driver using this application:
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V17.0.1.0 Released. - Wagnardmobile Forum
This is the Display Driver Uninstaller and not only removes the driver but anything else left behind by previous installs.
Once your back into Windows (you need to be in safe mode to use the DDU) install the latest driver found here:
Link Removed
You also have quite a few crashes due to Desktop Windows Manager or DWM.exe. Please run these scans and hopefully clear any corruption within the os:

Right click on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list choose 'admin...

Hello kemical,
It just happened again, but I had no problem since this weekend.
But this time I had the verifier running!
I did as you told me and grabbed the dumps with W7F Diagnostic Tool.
Hopefully, we'll be able to find out what's wrong this time.

all dump files were the same as the above. Unfortunately nothing was generated from the driver verifier and I would ask you turn this off especially if it's been running longer than 24hrs.
Try turning off hardware acceleration via the Flash application. This guide will help, look under 'Solve video playback issues:
Flash Player video playback issues
Test again and post the results..
