When I go to resolve the problem I click "Print" I get the Print Dialogue box There I see Printer Name and I can choose - Canon MX310 and - Canon MX310 Fax - Canon MX310 (Copy 1) [Default] - Canon MX310 (Copy 1) Fax The two Canon MX310's seem to be the problem One prints and the other doesn't When I go to View Printers and Devices I see Canon MX310 (default) and Canon MX310 Fax. Reboot and let Windows reinstall the operating printer. Solution MikeHawthorne Nov 2, 2010 I would go into Device Manage and delete both printers. Reboot and let Windows reinstall the operating printer.
