Windows 7 Troubleshooting Printer Offline Issue with Canon MX310 on Windows 7

Frequently when I try to print I get a "The Printer is Offline" message.

When I go to resolve the problem I click "Print"
I get the Print Dialogue box
There I see Printer Name
and I can choose
- Canon MX310 and​

- Canon MX310 Fax
- Canon MX310 (Copy 1) [Default]​

- Canon MX310 (Copy 1) Fax​

The two Canon MX310's seem to be the problem
One prints and the other doesn't

When I go to View Printers and Devices I see​

Canon MX310 (default) and​

Canon MX310 Fax.
I don’t see the “Copy 1”​

How do I resolve this problem?​

I would go into Device Manage and delete both printers.
Reboot and let Windows reinstall the operating printer.
