Windows 7 Unable to display website

I am using windows 7 home premium on my desktop & laptop and I am unable to reach the login page for M&S banking, when I click on the sign in button all I get is a blank screen http://www.marksandspencer.com/c/mands-bank
I have tried IE11, chrome, firefox and safari browsers. The only one that works is opera in turbo mode. I can access the page fine on my ipad & android phone.
I have tried deleting cookies etc.
