Windows 7 Unable to install updates for two items.

I am using a homemade computer with an intel chip on Gigabyte board with 8 gigs of ram using win7 professional. I have had no trouble with updates since inception Jan 2010.But the following two updates will not install automatically or manually..

I only researched the 3.5 but might help for both:

Possible soultions:

1. Link Removed - Invalid URL

2. Disable any firewalls and try again.
