Windows 7 Unable to uninstall a programme!

Hi!
I have a programme in my laptop and I want to uninstall it!
I try to do it either from control panel or with revouninstaller or ccleaner but it keeps telling me that it "could not open INSTALL.LOG file"
What shall I do?
