Did you run Ccleaner's Registry applet and save the registry backup during the process.
That's what that file looks like to me.

Did you run Ccleaner's Registry applet and save the registry backup during the process.
That's what that file looks like to me.

I install CCleaner once and run it.. I think... actually I don't remember anymore...
