Windows 7 Unknown USB Device

I have a slight irritation, When I boot I get a unknown USB device failed to load. Yet all my USB Devices are working correctly. The work around is to disable the device . I for curiosity would like to know what is causing this. I suppose I could delete all the USB controllers and ave them reinstall themselves at boot uup to see if this would rectify the situation.
