We have bought laptops with windows 10 Home SL , I would like to upgrade to Pro what is the cost involved in india.

You can buy an upgrade license. This is a reputable IT products reseller. $49 US dollars. Link Removed you basically just enter the product key under Settings > Updates > Activation > Change Product Key. It's an in place upgrade so you don't need to backup data or reinstall anything.
