Windows 7 Urgent! I'm getting a black screen, AtBroker.exe error, and Explorer.EXE - Class Not Registered

Okay I am using Windows 7 and everytime I log in I get a AtBroker.exe error, then a black screen, and then explorer.exe not registered! I don't have Antivirus and it even happens in Safe Mode. The only thing that opens in safe mode is Command Prompt. What must I do?

You might check Link Removed to see if you have the same type of problem. It suggests you hit CTRL+Alt+End and then choose log off.
