Windows 7 VAIO Upgrade does NOT WORK!!!

Faulty Supplement Disc1:

I have a VAIO VGN-FW33G, paid and got the DVD's from Sony, and after following the Upgrade User Guide get:

This disc cannot reformat the hard disk drive and reinstall windows vista to the default settings.
See the intstruction manual supplied with the Supplement Disc utility, for more information

What now, where can you get help? I urgently need my notebook to work.

This is unacceptable Sony. Dont you check if your sofware works?????!!!!!!

Anyone who knows where to get support from. I have no response from Sony at all.

This notebook was bought in Singapore airport from Sony themselves September 2009.

I ordered the upgrade for it from Sony direct for this model (was supposed to be "Free", but I had to pay).
This model IS supported and the upgrade comes with a Win7 DVD as well as a Supplemental software CD.

Did EXACTLY as manual said, installed Win7, and then when you have to insert the supplemental CD, this error pops up & ejects the cd.

What happens if you do not insert the supplemental CD? Do you know what it is for?
