Windows 10 Video artwork not showing pictures of the videos.

The picture icon of the videos on my computer aren’t showing the pictures of the videos. It just shows the picture of the video player I use. I use real player, and the pictures of the videos showed up just fine after I upgraded it to the latest version of windows, but now it just shows the picture icon of the player I use.

open file explorer, click file, click change folder & search options, click view, uncheck always show icons, never thumbnails .

That didn’t work. It didn’t change anything.

Was it checked or and you were able to uncheck and no change or was it already unchecked. Try a restart might help.

It wasn’t checked. It didn’t have the check mark on it.

The only other thing I can think of is to go to that same location as I provided and try the reset folders option. If that doesn't work maybe someone else will come along with another suggestion.
