Windows 7 Video issues with NVIDIA 8400M GS

I recently installed the Windows 7 (32-bit) release candidate on my Dell XPS1330. I installed the latest drivers for my NVIDIA 8400M GS (v. 186.093) and have had video issues ever since. As soon as my computer boots into Windows, the screen blacks out periodically and states “Display NVIDIA Windows Kernel mode driver, version 186.03, has stopped responding and has successfully recovered.â€Â￾ Shortly thereafter I get the BSOD and the computer restarts. What can I do to solve this issue?
If it helps, I believe the Locale ID from the event viewer is 1033; I can gather more details if needed.

I hawe the same problem with geforce 8500 GT. ANd i use newest drivers 190.38.
