Windows 7 W7 freezes at startup after I installed WLM 2009 - can't uninstall

I don't know how to work around this - WLM 09 won't unistall in safe mode but w7 freezes within seconds of startup. System restore didn't work.

If I control+alt+del and go to task manager I can stop Messenger from loading, then all is OK, but I can't uninstall.

Hi, I have concern on Outlook 2007 in win7,
I can't send/receive mail, Out of memory of system resources error appears. Everything is configured correctly. I have here my laptop specs:
1gb memory
core duo @1.73GHz
256 graphics memory Also, I can;t make my yahoo messenger work.
I already set my proxy settings but it's not working. Any help would be much appreaciated. thanks,
