Windows 7 W7 & Intel Mobile GMA 945 Driver?

I installed Windows 7 on my Lg X110 netbook. Everything is running well with the exception of the GMA 945 display adapter. So far the O/S is working very nicely. If anyone has any new info on this specific driver please help me find out what I can do to resolve this issue
