Windows 7 W7 slideshow question

How do I turn off the slide show in 7 Pro?
I want only one picture, not a constantly changing group of pictures.

Right click on the desktop and click "Personalize". Then click "desktop Background" down at the bottom. In the 'Picture location" window find the folder your picture is in. Click on the picture you want then click "Save Changes".
