Windows 7 W7 taking about 1 minute to setup network on each boot

I just got a 25mb FIOS connection and everything is running great except when I boot up. It takes windows about 1 minute to find my network so I can connect to the internet (this also for some reason holds up my other startup programs, i.e. logitech setpoint for my G5). I have not had this issue before and I am using the same router from Verizon. Can anyone shed some light on some things I might be able to try? I have the most updated BIOS/drivers for everyhting, see my system specs below:

CORSAIR 850TX 850W
ASUS Crosshair III Formula AM3
AMD Phenom II X4 3.2 @ 3.8 Quad-Core
Noctua NH-U12P
G.SKILL 8GB DDR3 1600
SAPPHIRE Toxic Radeon HD 5870 2GB
ASUS Xonar Essence STX
2x WD Caviar Black 640GB
COOLER MASTER HAF 922
Win 7 Ultimate x64

Thanks for the help in advance!
