I have two computers, 1-laptop and 1-PC with Windows 7-32bit that, in order to be recognized on the domain, they have to unplug the ethernet cable, logon and then plug the cable back in. I have 12 other Windows 7 machines and none of them have that problem. I've gone into Network and Sharing center, Advanced sharing settings and have opened everything up but still the problem exists. I'm not sure what to do next.

This isn't the first thread I have seen with such a problem, but I do not know if there was a resolution to it. I also do not work in a domain environment, but if you open system properties, have you gone through the Network ID process on the Computer Name tab?

Have you compared the settings for the working and non-working machines, and possibly even the hardware involved?
