Alright so I just made an account here so I'm not sure how everything works but I'm here for my friend who cant access the internet right now.
They have windows 8.1 and they have a computer but they're not sure what brand it is (not a laptop) and suddenly their web browsers won't work and programs won't run or update.
Apparently this has happened once before but it went away randomly.
They can connect to the internet.
I'm gonna say it right now, we're not tech savvy people and we don't know what's going on but I've tried using google but nothing comes up. Any ideas as to what's up?
