Hello all. I just purchased a new webcam, logitech c270, because the laptop can not connect to its own internal camera. I hook the c70 up to the laptop, and it says device is ready and installed, but no matter what software i use, it fails to connect. I check device manager, and there are no webcams under the camera section. But when i unplug the camera, i see one of the "usb composite devices" under the usb serial bus controllers tab.

All other usb devices work as normal. the camera does work in another laptop.

EDIT: it shows up as a composite device on the laptop it works in as well.
