Windows 10 What Does this green checkmark on my desktop applications mean?

I have theses green checkmarks on all the applications on my desktop and idk why. Has anyone seen this before?

Hello Gerry, This Green Check Mark comes when you have the desktop folder selected to backup in OneDrive, So whatever folder or file/app you will put on desktop it will get uploaded on your OneDrive account as a backup automatically.

NOTE! These are most often only the SHORTCUTS to *whatever these are pointing to* so ONLY these shortcuts will be backuped.. Not the software itself..
