Windows 7 what should i do to disable other users access over some apps

i have downloaded many apps which are a bit private i want them to be private for ever, in short what should i do to disable other user's access over some applications [not every application]
 
Solution
You would need to edit the registry entries - easiest wat way would be to uninstall and reinstall if that is an option. If you go that route I would run a registry cleaner (something like ccleaner) in between uninstall and reinstall to make sure no entries get left behind.
