Windows 7 what should i do to disable other users access over some apps

i have downloaded many apps which are a bit private i want them to be private for ever, in short what should i do to disable other user's access over some applications [not every application]

You would need to edit the registry entries - easiest wat way would be to uninstall and reinstall if that is an option. If you go that route I would run a registry cleaner (something like ccleaner) in between uninstall and reinstall to make sure no entries get left behind.

When you first install the app use the option to install just for yourself or for all users.

the thing is that i have installed it earlier so can i make any changes now
