Windows 7 What to do if your Windows 7 pc displays this at startup

I updated my Windows 7 and I get this all the time when I startup my pc http://adf.ly/XDQDW
It doesnt go away and I can hear these noises from my pc like bzzzzzbzzzzz

Hold the Windows Logo Key and strike the "r" key
type
msconfig
Select the startup tab and look for references to the problematic startup program and uncheck it if it's Setup_ODM.exe it should be relatively easy to find.
Sounds like something (possibly other software package) you've downloaded has added this entry as a StartUp item. Looks like a download manager but could also be some bloatware from you computer manaufacturer.

EDIT: You may want to consider following up with a full system scan using the free version of Malwarebytes from here http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

It's adF.ly site, goes to isgoodstuff and it's pure sales / marketing. Somehow you got there, and probably got a program of theirs to start with your Windows. Adware, malware...

Like trouble notes, scan your computer. But also, check your recently installed programs, Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features or Revo http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html and get rid of everything not wanted.
