Hi, are you asking when should you need to or how do you run as administrator? Some times you'll need to make elevated commands due to windows security or UAC. Is there something particular you wanted or needed to do?

when I run my WAMP server on my local machine I need to run it as admnistrator. So I wonder that when it is run as administrator, if other programs are then also run as administrator, or only that particular program.
