Windows 10 When running X-Plane on my Windows 10 desktop, my computer accasionally just "shuts down completely".

I realize this is an intensive application, however my hardware should be up to the task..

The windows system event log shows an error. The error is:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
Windows.SecurityCenter.WscBrokerManager
and APPID
Unavailable
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I don't have the experience to fix this error.

I don't really know if this error is the culprit, but the time stamp matches my last shutdown.

Will someone help me with this fix?

Thanks, Tom

Those errors can mostly be ignored. You'll want to look for kernel or kernel power events or from the source User32.
