Windows 7 Whenever I try to open a webpage link, I get a download window.

When I type in the search bar and then click on one of the results, a pop up window says this is a such and such file, how would you like to open it? Then it has Open File with and the Save File button. This shouldn't happen because these are html links and it just started tonight (4/22/2011). Here is an image of the problem:

Its like the "shift" button is pressed. Do you have any GamePad connected? or some special feature of a laptop (like combination with FN).

At last maybe is some of FFs extensions, something like "Tabmix"

No, I don't have any of those things. Not even the add on you mentioned. I downloaded Firefox 4, which seems to have fixed the problem, but the thing is, I didn't want Firefox 4. Thanks anyway.

I ran into the same thing last night. I hate Firefox 4.0 you can't arrange the toolbar items like you could in older versions.

Might be related to a browser helper object (BHO) or the Google toolbar.

Next time you get ready to click on something, check the bottom left of the window to see where it might be going.
