Windows 7 Where do I find Audio settings in Windows 7 Home?

I am looking for the Audio settings in Windows 7 Home. I have been told I need to insert MP3 as the player of choice. I am trying to record Tutorials using ACA Capture Pro, and I am not recording the Audio at all.
I would appreciate any help you would offer.

If you right click on the speaker icon in the task tray (bottom right of your screen), you will find the settings.

This did not work, I need to find Audio settings that will allow me to enter MP3 as the player of choice to allow me to record audio when copying tutorials from Utube or like sites. I am using ACA Capture Pro for recording software.
