Windows 10 Why is Windows 10 restarting after shutdown x3 in a day

Typically it will do that if there in an update to finish. It should finish shutting down afterward.

The thing is this is the 3rd day & computer keeps restarting. I have now taken the desktop power wires out of the electrical outlet.

You may want to look in the firmware. Some have the option of a scheduled power on.
