I have laptop with chinese language ,is there any way to change the language into english without formating, becoz i check in language setting there is no english language.

On most versions of win 7 there is. What version are you running (ultimate, pro, home, etc)

I am running ultimate version of win 7 and is there anyway to change bois also from japanese to english.
