Windows 7 win 7 start-up prob

I am getting the BSOD when trying to start-up. Tied safe mode and it didn't work. I get no image to see an error message. Dell Inspiron

So often it's Dells or HPs. Rebuild the OS.

Not sure how to do it. Do I try the repair disc I made?

IF you mean the Recovery Disc you burnt as part of configuring the machine when you 1st started using it, then, YES. Any guidance you need, just let me know.
