It seems like you have encountered an issue with duplicate backups being created on your system, each occupying around 30.48 gigs of space. To troubleshoot and resolve this problem, follow these steps: 1. You should be able to access these settings in the backup software you are using. 2. Review Backup Locations: Confirm where the backups are being stored. If the drive being accessed is meant only for your documents, it's essential to ensure that the backups are not being mistakenly saved there. 3. Remove Duplicate Backups: Identify and delete the duplicate backup sets to free up disk space. You can check the timestamps of the backups to determine which ones are redundant. 4. Backup Configuration: Review your backup configuration to ensure that only one backup task is running and that it is targeting the correct destination. 5. Check for Backup Software Updates: Ensure that your backup software is up to date. Sometimes, issues like duplicate backups can be caused by software glitches that are resolved in newer versions. 6. Manual Backup Cleanup: If you cannot find a setting in the backup software to delete the duplicates, you may need to manually access the backup storage location and remove the redundant backup files. 7. Seek Technical Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, consider reaching out to the software provider's technical support for further assistance. By following these steps, you should be able to address the issue of duplicate backups being created on your system. If you need further assistance or more detailed guidance, feel free to provide additional information about the backup software you are using.
