Windows 7 win7 cant boot after bsod

1. Try system restore if you haven't
2. You may wanna do it in safe mode, in cmd type > sfc /scannow
3. Update drivers:

If crashes persist,

i cant even start in safe mode it is ok till the win7 splash screen there windows loading for 1 min and then for just a sec BSOD flash and my computer restarts

also tried to do system restore but not worked, also the system upgrade doesnt work
 
There may be some more things you could try.

Try starting in Safe Mode with command prompt. You may have already done this after cybercore's suggestion, but if not, it is another recovery option and it does not start explorer.exe. If you can, you might be able to start other utilities.

Try using the recovery options of creating a boot log and/or disabling driver signature enforcement.

If you decide to re-install, you can boot to the recovery environment, the command prompt and possibly recover some of your files by using the command prompt there.
