Windows 10 WIndows 10 wont install after update

I'm running windows 8.1 and after downloading the windows 10 update it starts to create media then closes after hitting 100%. I have no idea where it downloaded to or why it wont start installing, anyone else having this problem?

I'm at a loss here i have no clue what to do.

Same thing happened to me the first time. It just didn't install. I went back and tried it again with different results. Try doing it again and see what happens.
