Windows 7 Windows 7 automatically starts on after sleep

I'm using Asus z96j laptop model. The problem is one day ago it started automatically to turn on unexpectedlly. Sometimes after hour, sometimes after couple of minutes. I have tried unplug internet cable and it does'nt help me. I havent changed any power settings and I have cheked them and they look fine. Everything is up to date. The only thing I did yesterday I installed Nero, but I don't think it did that. So how to fix this?

This is most likely caused by an incompatible mouse driver, you should notice this while the computer is running normally. The mouse seem to move a couple of millimeters. You can stop the mouse from waking up the system using the Device manager.
