Windows 7 Windows 7 Boot Issue: Stuck at User Profile and Disk Boot Failure Error

hi forum,
i have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
the problem is after entering my profile (or any other profile)
windows stuck and after 5 nim i receive this message:
Boot from CD/DVD :
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

Sounds like you might have a hard drive problem. Try booting into safe mode (pressing F8 during startup).

If you can't get into safe mode go into your BIOS and see if the drive shows up there. If this a desk top and the drive does not show up try resetting the power and data cable on both the drive side and motherboard side.
