Windows 7 windows 7 graphics crashes and restarts

Windows 7 restarts with no warning any time, sometime when i scroll browser or tuch a window or play media like mp3 or Youtube.

My system works perfectly when i use XP or Hachintosh 10.6.6

What is wrong with Windows 7????
