Windows 7, I can't add user accounts

The ASUS X73T computer with WIN 7 64 bit began to announce that the version of Windows I use is not genuine even though it is the machine's original system.

The factory settings for the reset machine and the operating system were activated with the original ID.

When I installed users on the machine, Admin and the first regular user installed, but when I tried to add another regular user, the message came:

"The User Profile login failed. The user profile cannot be loaded."

I tried all of the fixes found on your pages below, but nothing helps

Method 1: Correct the user account profile

Method 2: Log on to Windows and copy data to a new account

Method 3: Delete the SID of the error and create a new profile

Only the Admin, and the first ordinary user, not the other, will appear in the C-drive directory of the machine, even if the icon of the second regular user is displayed, so none of the three methods corrected the situation.

What else could be tried.

Solution
"The user profile cant be loaded" message is often the result of a low quality AV/AM program installed that keeps locking the user registry hive. It can also be a result of corruption in the operating system.
