suddenly when ever i open my system its working lamely iam using 3gb ram.windows 7 home basic.how can i solve the problem.i attached the dump files also.plz post any if you are sure of the problem.thank u.

Hi and welcome.

1) Remove the notorious Norton/Symantec in safe mode with the tool here:

Reboot and install MSE.

2) Update the Broadcom Bluettoth drivers from motherboard or laptop manufacturer's site.
