Hello everyone Im new here , Nice to meet you all. please do help me regarding issues on my PC . its been bothering for quite some time now ! my PC always encountered a PC restart with corrupt files! already did a sfc/scannow, chkdsk /r /f etc. please do help me! do I need to buy NEW HDD or still can fix it?

It's certainly possible. There are plenty of free tools available to test the health of your hard drive such as PassMark DiskCheckup - SMART hard drive monitoring utility
