hello everyone

i have windows 7 pro 64 bit
i tried to delete some dll file that is in program file in c
and then it wrote to me you need permission to perform this action
you require permission from ...... to make changes to this file
i look it up in google and i've tried everything...
nothing helped me i also tried to change almost evey option i got on the security tab of the file....

plz plz help me

Use Safe Mode.

Or add your user account to the permissions with full control rights after taking ownership.

You need to be careful, since deleting some files can mess up your system. Is this file one you put on your system or a program you know put on the system? Is it being used by anything?

If you know it is safe to delete, perhaps move it to another location, or take ownership.

I am careful, this is a file in a directory i installed of a random software... nothing to do with system and such... tried the "Take ownership" method. didnt work.
