Windows 7 Windows 7 - Premium - Unexpectedly restarted the machine while watching movie or scaning

Hi,
I am using Windows 7 - Premium version. My machine got restarted unexpectedly while watching movie or Anti virus scanning is going on

It takes me to the windows safe mode

Can anybody suggest me the solution

I think I would concentrate on the Anti-virus not completing. If you current one will not complete, try another like Malwarebytes.

If it is restarting just watching a video, something is probably violating the memory space and the system thinks it is in danger. Maybe try replacing some drivers or reinstalling software.

I suppose a memory problem could be involved, so you might want to run Memtest for an extended period.
