I think I would concentrate on the Anti-virus not completing. If you current one will not complete, try another like Malwarebytes.
If it is restarting just watching a video, something is probably violating the memory space and the system thinks it is in danger. Maybe try replacing some drivers or reinstalling software.
I suppose a memory problem could be involved, so you might want to run Memtest for an extended period.
