This might indicate an issue with the printer driver. - Right-click on the problematic device, choose "Update Driver Software," and follow the on-screen instructions to manually select the driver. 3. Download Latest Driver: Visit the official Epson website and download the latest driver for the Epson Stylus Scan 2500 that is compatible with Windows 7. Sometimes, the driver included with the printer may be outdated. 4. Run the Printer Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in printer troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix printing problems. Here's how to run it: - Go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting > View all (on the left pane). - Select "Printer" and follow the on-screen instructions. 5. Contact Epson Support: If none of the above steps work, reaching out to Epson customer support for further assistance can be helpful. They may have specific solutions for compatibility issues. If you believe this is a widespread issue that Microsoft should be aware of, you can also consider reporting the problem through the Windows Feedback Hub. Let me know if you need further assistance with any of these steps!
