I use to have that one for gaming on XP and Vista.
I have checked readme and I don't see that
Microsoft .NET Framework is designed or compatible with Wndows 7.
What can you advice ?

Solution
Dot Net is already integrated into Windows 7, it has a newer version (3.5.1) installed by default. To check go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, then select Turn Windows features on or off (on the left hand side). If it's installed a checkmark will appear beside it.
