Hi,

my friend has win 7 starter and he wants to add some new wallpapers ... but on
win 7 starter is impossible to do that. Is there any way to add some wallpapers to
personalize folders ....??

OK, here is the solution, to this problem, sorry about that!

At least this seems like the best one that I've found.

Many involve hacking the registry to change the desktop.

This one involves installing a small program that runs in the background and loads your desktop every time you log in.
