VIDEO Windows 7 ultimate upgrade to Windows 8 Pro 64BIT BUG- DONT WORK ! HELP!!

Sorry, but the video doesn't give us any explicit diagnostic information. It only says "Windows could not be installed". I'm afraid most of us can't really help you without more information.
 
Try to Custom Install rather than Upgrade Install. You will be surprised . Many strange problems have been successfully fixed with a Custom Install.

Without a bunch more info that's the best I can do.
