I have problem with my laptop, originally it has Windows 8, then i upgrade to 8.1. And about 7 month later the trouble begin. Windows tell me that i need to activate the windows, but i can't. Windows giving error 0xC004F012. Then i call the microsoft customer service. Then she took over my computer, try everything and eventually give up. Even the Microsoft can't solve this problem.
