Windows 8 Windows 8 - laptop crashing on sleep - DUMP ATTACHED - PLEASE HELP!!

Hi I have an Acer Aspire 5740 and had dual booted WIn 7 and 8. All worked fine but fo t he past month the laptop goes into sleep then I return to use it and find it switched on after it has rebooted. It seems it is always crashing and restarting. I attach the dump for any help please?

it looks a driver may be causing this issue.

I also notice your running Panda antivirus as well as something called Trusteer? If this is the case it might well serve to remove either one or both until we discover the culprit.

Please update all your drivers to the latest versions. all means everything including bios. Also to help us help you please read this thread and post the results:
