Windows Azure Pack Websites V2 Update Rollup 6

This release introduces a new MMC application that can be used for install, upgrade and configuration. In addition to that, numerous bugs were fixed, multiple frameworks were upgraded to more recent versions and some new features were added. The features that were added include the site slots and web jobs features seen in Azure App Services.
